Yesterday I went up to Lake Geneva to photograph the L family up at their brand new home (which is not done quite yet). I asked if we could take a couple shots inside the house, with the idea of taking another one next year in the exact same spot. I can only imagine how much the boys will have grown in another year, and it will be neat to see the before and after of the house, too! Then we walked around their property searching for little pockets of pretty light and scenery. It’s amazing the beauty you can find in a patch of “weeds” in the backyard.
